Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment providers.

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected method.
Louisiana Vending LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be in new or slightly used condition and include all original components, packaging, and documentation.
Return Process
Customers may return products by one of the following methods:
In-store drop-off
At a designated drop-off location
By mail (shipping at customer’s expense)

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee covers inspection, testing, and repackaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for qualifying items within the 30-day window, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or final sale items
7. Warranty
Certain vending machines and parts may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details and claim procedures will be provided with your product.
For refurbished machines, warranties are limited and will be clearly stated on the product page.
8. Restrictions by Location
Louisiana Vending LLC sells and ships products across the United States.
However, certain items may be restricted in specific states or territories due to supplier or manufacturer agreements.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed from restricted regions.
